A broad benchmark is carried out with around 50 health economics research institutes in 17 developed countries. For the AP-HP and PSE, the resulting recommendations shed light on the approach, shape governance and determine an original method of co-construction, between stakeholders, of the programming of the research and activities of a potential chair.
